True Function Laboratory specializes in the fabrication of TMJ Orthotics and Oral Devices for the treatment of mild to moderate Obstructive Sleep Apnea. Our goal is to help improve the quality of life of our doctors, their staff, and the patients they help, by providing high quality, exceptional service and predictable results with our dental laboratory products and services.

True Function Laboratory began as Frank’s Dental Lab in November, 1999. After being mocked for the “originality” of the name, Frank seriously considered what he wanted his dental laboratory to represent and what made it different.

The name True Function came to mind. If you consider that the goal of a clinician might be to bring a patient to MMI (maximum medical improvement), imagine a dental device made to True Function – to its ideal, balanced performance. Whether it’s a device for treatment of Sleep Apnea, a night guard to protect a patient’s teeth, or maybe a TMJ splint that will improve symmetry and balance. Or even an orthodontic or orthopedic appliance that will assist in proper craniofacial development. If our laboratory provides the products that are made with True Function in mind, then we can be proud to always give our best and to be your partner in bringing your patient improved health and function.
